  • Permanent Secretariat staff in supervisory positions (particularly technical assistants)
  • Members of the FOASPS/ WAPHF Board of Directors
  • National federation secretariat staff in supervisory positions
  • Members of the Executive Boards of national federations
  • BE of partners and staff in supervisory positions
  • Executives of external customers and personnel in supervisory positions

Program objectives

General objectives :

  • Strengthen the capacity of participants' coaches and equip them to become promoters of the professional growth of their supervisees and counterparts

Specific objectives :

  • Improve participants' understanding of the latest coaching theories and concepts
  • Increase participants' understanding of the links and differences between coaching and other development tools for supervisees (mentoring, counseling, training, advising, etc.).
  • Clarify the different tools and stages of a successful coaching experience
  • Practice some key tools during and after the program
  • Draw up a coaching agreement with a selected coachee and produce an end-of-program report
