Coaching Mentoring French
Target groups :
Different categories of FOASPS/ WAPHF members :
- Permanent Secretariat staff in supervisory positions (particularly technical assistants)
- Members of the FOASPS/ WAPHF Board of Directors
- National federation secretariat staff in supervisory positions
- Members of the Executive Boards of national federations
- BE of partners and staff in supervisory positions
- Executives of external customers and personnel in supervisory positions
Program objectives
General objectives :
- Strengthen the capacity of participants' coaches and equip them to become promoters of the professional growth of their supervisees and counterparts
Specific objectives :
- Improve participants' understanding of the latest coaching theories and concepts
- Increase participants' understanding of the links and differences between coaching and other development tools for supervisees (mentoring, counseling, training, advising, etc.).
- Clarify the different tools and stages of a successful coaching experience
- Practice some key tools during and after the program
- Draw up a coaching agreement with a selected coachee and produce an end-of-program report
